US domestic standard shipping is flat fee of $8.99 for all recurring subscriptions.
Prepaid subscriptions have set flat fees:
1 Month Prepaid/One Time Shipment: $8.99
3 Month Prepaid: $26.97 ( shipping fee is for 3 shipments)
6 Month Prepaid: $53.94 (shipping fee is for 6 shipments)
12 Month Prepaid: $107.88 ( shipping fee is for 12 shipments)
We currently only ship to US and Canada.

Items sold on TheLingerieBox.com and shipped to the state of Florida are subject to tax. TheLingerieBox.com maintains a physical presence in the state of Florida, and thus we are required to collect sales tax.

Most items are in stock. We are boutique and our quantities change daily. If your item is sold out, we will notify you and issue refund. If your order is on backorder, we will contact you to let you know approximate delivery date.
Yes. It can happen that we sell out of a specific size and need to restock. We will notify all customers if their order is backordered, and an approximate delivery date. You may choose to cancel your order or, accept the delivery once it is back in stock.
We do not accept orders by mail or fax. Our website is the only location to place orders.
Yes, we offer complimentary gift-wrapping services.
Yes, you can send a Lingerie Box as a gift by selecting the prepaid gift subscription.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us through email with your cancellation request, no less than 14 days before your next box is scheduled to ship.
Try to reset your account using your email address. If that is not successful, please email us at: customerservice@thelingeriebox.com, and we will reset the account for you and provide your log-in information.
Shipping and Returns
Your first Lingerie Box will be shipped within 14 days of your subscription start date, and around the same time each month.
You will receive a notification of your order being shipped through email. You will receive your tracking number via email, as soon as it becomes available.
At the moment, we do not accept international orders.
If you do not like the items we selected for you in your monthly box, you can return the items to us. Our stylists will contact you to find out what we can do better before replacement is sent out. If you do not like what we have selected, we will issue a gift certificate in amount you paid to be used on our boutique store www.shoplabellaintimates.com. Buying lingerie online can be tricky. One of our lingerie experts will reach out to you to assist with finding you the right item and size. Refunds are only in the form of a Store Credit, some exceptions may be considered.
Please contact customer service at customerservice@thelingeriebox.com to receive a return label. Prepaid return labels are available for US customers. We can not provide return labels to International customers.
Please email us at customerservice@thelingeriebox.com with your return request. We will provide you with return authorization letter that will include all information on return the items to us.
