If you provide us with information that is or if The Lingerie Box possesses sound reasons to believe that your information is false, inaccurate, expired or incomplete, or not in complete and thorough agreement with this User Agreement, without predisposition to any of the other rights of The Lingerie Box under this User Agreement or by regulations of law, THE LINGERIE BOX retains the right to indeterminately suspend, limit or prohibit your access to this Site as well as your possible VIP membership to the website.

Changes to this User Agreement

As a user of this site, you understand and agree that The Lingerie Box has the right to give notice of any changes to the User Agreement that may either increase your duties or decrease your customer rights under this same User Agreement, in accordance with all and any terms. You understand and agree that The Lingerie Box, at its absolute will and without any obligation, can make changes that are not Substantial Amendments that do not require your further agreement at any time, but can be brought into effect instantly by posting a notification of the changes or modification on the Site.

5. Cause problems that may cause us to lose a part of or the entire services of our ISP’s or any other service suppliers.

6. Take any action that we may believe can create an excessive burden on our infrastructure.

Copyrights

All of the content on The Lingerie Box such as text, images, logos, icons etc. is the sole property of the site, its users, content providers or any licensors. This content is fully protected by copyrights, trademarks and other property rights/laws. The Company reserves all the rights of the design and layout of the website, and it must not be reproduced/ duplicated without getting company's permission.

The compilation of this content is the property of the site, and is also protected by the above.

Trademarks

“THE LINGERIE BOX” and any associated designs, terms and logos on the site are either registered or unregistered trademarks of the site. These are all protected by international trademarks as well as other property laws, and may not be used to promote or describe any product that is not owned by or credited to THE LINGERIE BOX. All other logos and/or trademarks that are not owned by The Lingerie Box that may appear on the site belong completely to their corresponding owners. These owners may or may not be linked to the website.

Abusing THE LINGERIE BOX

THE LINGERIE BOX asks that users report any problems or violations of the User Agreement to us. If, for any reason, you are given cause to believe that your property rights as a user has been violated in some way, please let us know. Without any prejudice to other rights of The Lingerie Box under this Agreement or by law, the site has the authority to suspend or delete user accounts or to revoke access to the software. The Company can take other legal action against users that cause issues and liabilities of any kind, who infringe the rights of others or who disobey this Agreement or our other policies.

Liability: The Company does not control any transactions that will take place on the site. The Company has no control over the information provided by the user and he/she is responsible for any information that is provided to us; we do not verify it, and thus no representation of accuracy or reliability is made. It is user’s guarantee to provide us with the correct information. The Company can't confirm that the individual is who they claim to be. The website may contain some inaccuracies or typographical errors and the Company does not take any responsibility for these inaccuracies. In case you believe something on the website violates the terms, please contact us and we will investigate and take proper action against them.

Shipping and Returns: The Company offers worldwide shipping; the shipping charges may vary based on your location. In case you detect any issue in any item, please send us an email and we will exchange the product or issue full refund. In case you decide to return the product, please make sure it’s in the same condition you received it, and must not be used. In case you wish to cancel your VIP account, please send us an email at least 14 days before the next month. Failure to do so may result in the next month’s fee.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Lingerie Box does not warrant that the website will be operated error-free, or it will be free of viruses or malware, or even other damaging mechanisms. In case a user's use of our website or the content results in equipment replacement or any other costs, the Company will not be responsible for any cost. The content is provided "as-is" basis and no any warranty of reliability, accuracy or completeness is guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages:

The Lingerie Box and/or its partners will not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential, loss, stolen data, or any other form of business interruption) to the fullest extent possible by law.
